Need 5 People to Help Demo "Buzz.xyz"
@.Kostya Panov put Jack Dorsey's Buzz on my radar last week and I was able to go down the rabbit hole on it. Short version - I think it's a really cool fit for what we're doing here. The idea that we could all hook our Athlete OS agents into one place and actually talk to each other through them is exactly the kind of thing I want to try. Here is how we could potentially use it: - It's an open source group chat that looks like Slack, except your AI agents are actual members of the channel instead of bots bolted on the side. Free desktop and mobile app, and it hosts Git repos too, so chat, code and agents all live in one window. - Here's the part that matters for us - it supports Claude Code (actually is model agnostic, so could use anything) directly as an agent harness. No new build, you'd just be pointing what you've already got at a new front door. - The phone app is a remote control for the agents running on your desktop. Seems like a similar shape as what we built in Lesson 4, just a different door into it. - So picture a channel where everyone's Athlete OS is sitting in it. You ask the room a training question and you get answers back from five different coaches, each one reading its own athlete's actual data. I've poked at it, I haven't lived in it. So rather than me writing a whole guide on something I've used for two days, I'd rather just figure it out with a few of you. Looking for 5 people to run a little demo group with me. First 5 to vote are in. Vote below if you want in and I'll get you set up this week! Kevin

@Ed McKelvey No everyone is welcome! We can use your input as someone just going through the platform to see how it blends into the Athlete OS work. Consider yourself in!
Welcome to Athlete AI. Introduce Yourself!
Glad you're here. I'm Kevin, an ultrarunner & triathlete (Leadville 100 was my most fun race). I'm not a tech guru. I got curious about AI, realized I could build training tools tailored exactly to me from my own data, and it actually worked. Now I want to teach you to do the same and connect with people building cool things in fitness with AI. That's the whole idea: learn something genuinely interesting, build stuff that's truly yours, and do it alongside like-minded people. Zero coding required. Five steps to start: 1. Introduce yourself in the feed. Something like: "Hi, I'm Steve, I run trail ultras and can't wait to build with AI!" 2. Complete the intro poll so we know we can build the content around what you want: Athlete AI Poll 3. Watch Start Here course (top of the Classroom). Two minutes. 4. Do Day 0 in the 7-Day Challenge: Set Up Your Workshop. 5. Post in Wins as you finish each day, tagged (#Day0Ready). We celebrate every one. The setup day is the hardest part, and we get everyone through it. Stuck? Post what you tried and someone (often me) will get you unstuck. Let's build. Follow the road to The Rut.

Week 7 - Let's Plan This Event!
Happy Monday AAC Team! We are 789 strong today, up from 691 last Monday. That is 98 new faces in seven days and it has not slowed down once since June! First, the event. Last week I said @Ian Antonoff and I were locking down the foundation, and we have. The shape is some type of virtual team based competition. Now comes the part we cannot decide for you - what we actually compete on. The poll is at the bottom of this post and whatever wins is what we build. Also on polls, since I asked you last week - most of you said you prefer the poll right here in Skool over Google Forms. So that is what we will use going forward. Google Forms sticks around for the bigger surveys where we need more detail than a poll can hold. Secondly, a recap of what we pushed last week: - The final lesson of the Advanced Series is out - the Telegram fitness agent. Which means the free track is finished. Start to end, you can now build an Athlete OS, get it hosted and live, and text it like a coach. This one had been open since week one and it feels very good to type that it is done. - Ask Maps route builder - Google Maps went agentic, so I built a prompt that turns it into a route planner that actually understands the kind of run you want - AAC News Ep. 2 went out Friday - "The World is Changing... Learn It Through Fitness." Google vs Strava, the NYRR lottery change, a sleep study worth about 6% on your race time, and the gear news that actually mattered. Sign up here if you are not on it yet - Runner strength plan - a prompt that builds a lifting block around your running using the leading science around what makes a runner stronger & faster - Taper plan - what to actually do in the last two weeks so you show up sharp instead of flat - Sleeps impact on marathon time - 12min off your marathon time just by sleeping better is wild. So we built a sleep protocol to get these gains - Beating the death mile in a marathon - mile 20 is the death mile based solely human chemistry, learn how to beat it with a proper fueling plan

Garmin Connect+
I am using Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Garmin CIRQA together. I realized without Garmin Connect+ I cannot use structured workout although I have the full AthleteOS with intervals.icu set up. I'm currently working on having the Telegram bot but that's separate. I'd like to be able to push the workouts to my Garmin Connect so I can have it on my watch easily but if this really needs Connect+ I need to find something else. What do you think I should do? I'm a big fan of Trainingpeaks but because of exploring this set up I didn't renew my premium version but if this persists, I'm ok to go to TrainingPeaks (with an MCP setup) route. Anyone did that before?

You shouldn't need to have connect + to push workouts through Intervals.icu to your watch. The one toggle you need to have on in Iinterval.icu is "upload planned workouts". Have you tried toggling that on?

I'm an ultrarunner & triathlete (last race Leadville 100, next race The Rut Trifecta) and I'm obsessed with using AI to train smarter.
