Silent feature - how to have the ai reply to our workflows?
Most replies are coming from a workflow. However the ai remains silent as we have the silent feature on as we dont want interruptions when our human agent take over. How can I have the ai agent reply to work flows but still remain silent when a user interacts with the lead.
