Prompt/settings advice /help

Hello. Hoping someone can give me some advice/help/prompt suggestions. Fairly new and have a handful of Voice Assistants working. They are working well EXCEPT I need help with these 3:

1. EMAIL ADDRESSES and PHONE NUMBERS - All of my assistants are hallucinating when it comes to saying/confirming/repeating emails and phone numbers. I have tried to ask it to slow down and spell back but no great success yet.

2. NEW CONTACT INFORMATION - If a client/prospect is already in GHL but now has new or different contact info how do I get GHL to update this during/after the call?

3. DND - If someone says they don't want to be called again or they want to be removed from our list, how can we get GHL to click the DND in the contact info after the call?
