Problem with Twilio Outbound Call

Hello, I buy a international number in Twilio... The inbound calls work well but when I try to make a Outbound call do not work.

-Dashboard of Assistable. "Telephony Provider Permission Denied"

Any suggestion on how can resolve this ? Thank you
