Hi team,
I’ve been unable to access the Voice AI dashboard in my Atlantis platform for the past three days. Every time I try to log in, I get a 404: NOT_FOUND error with code DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUND (screenshot attached).
Here are the key issues I’m experiencing:
- The Voice itself is still working, but it’s pulling in variables during conversations instead of personal data.
- When booking calls, the system isn’t grabbing personal details correctly.
- I cannot make any edits or corrections to inbound, outbound, or conversational bots because the dashboard simply won’t load.
This is urgent because I have a demo scheduled for Friday morning (Eastern) with a group of business owners in my networking community, and I need access to the dashboard to prepare and showcase properly.
Can someone from the Assistable team or community advise on what’s causing this or provide a fix?
