I walk through creating a dedicated AI calendar, customizing availability, and automating Google invites and reminders.

We build a custom callback tool with proper webhook setups to trigger the AI when callback requests are made. I explain workflows that distinguish between voice and text requests, handle metadata variations, and seamlessly book appointments.

The system also includes automated reminders (1 hour, 30 minutes, and 5 minutes before) to minimize missed calls and convert human-readable requests into precise schedules. I demonstrate how to override calendar availability to avoid conflicts and test the system in various scenarios.
