After that post, I started getting a lot of messages asking for a proper demo — how it actually behaves in real time and how it handles different scenarios. Some of the key things it covers: • identifies new vs existing leads using email • avoids duplicate entries in the CRM • remembers previous conversations and shows them with dates • allows notes to be added at any point and maintains a history of past notes • supports human approval for sensitive cases like discounts • allows users to update incorrect details (like email) • answers only business-related questions and ignores irrelevant ones • handles meeting booking, rescheduling, and cancellation • manages time zones correctly for both user and admin • sends automated reminders before meetings (24h and 30min) • tracks show and no-show scenarios • sends feedback or reschedule follow-ups automatically • maintains structured chat history and summarized conversation records This post is mainly to share the working demo and the overall thinking behind the system. In the upcoming videos, I’ll be breaking down how this system is developed — the logic, automation flow, and structure behind it. In this video, I discuss how to set up a self-scheduling system (call-back) for your AI to automatically schedule and handle call backs based on user requests, like "Can you call me back in 1 hour?" I walk through creating a dedicated AI calendar, customizing availability, and automating Google invites and reminders. We build a custom callback tool with proper webhook setups to trigger the AI when callback requests are made. I explain workflows that distinguish between voice and text requests, handle metadata variations, and seamlessly book appointments. The system also includes automated reminders (1 hour, 30 minutes, and 5 minutes before) to minimize missed calls and convert human-readable requests into precise schedules. I demonstrate how to override calendar availability to avoid conflicts and test the system in various scenarios.

Concept is simple. You just live demo the assistant every time without changing any prompts and the Ai turns into a demo for their business. It does all the heavy lifting for you, and then gets the client to commit to pricing. I will probably make it close harder and remove a human selling it all together without the need of having a sales call. i've personally never liked the idea of an Orb, as it asks for permissions and then gets clunky. Having a number you can pass to your friend and just say "Call this" is massively powerful. Ive booked 3 appointments in the last couple of days, just having people try it out and they pass the info on to a friend. I am a speed to lead type of guy, solve the problem, least resistant as possible. The Ai can be toned down to get straight to the point but i felt it had a lot more dynamic feel and cater to people trying Ai voice for the first time.
