KB add more sources and subaccount unarchive issues

Apologies if its been covered, ive tried desperately to find this in existing posts but have had no luck.

can not unarchive a subaccount and make it active. I have 2 slots available. Can unarchive others, but the one I want says "action locked" for x amount of hours.
KB. Cant add voice. keep getting add more sources even though I have a url, and text source.

I have tried resetting connections. I have submitted a help request yesterday. im sure the guys are busy and just figured I would come here for any other suggestions on things I may have missed.
