Issues with Incorrect Appointment times being offered.
Still having issues with the Assistants providing times that are not available in the calendars. Not sure if it specific to the Multi Calendar Matrix framework
I've triple checked all the calendars, checked the logs of the get_availability tool. It is pulling the correct times. But if the user asks for a time a few weeks out that is after the last available time on the calendar it offers times outside the available slots.
For example this screenshot below: It initially suggests the right times. Then when asked for times outside the available time slots (Tue, Thu, Fri: 10AM-6PM , Wed 12PM-8PM) It gives options outside those time slots. Even though those slots were not available in the Details of the Get Availability tool.
What I've tried to fix this:
-Resync Calendars
-Deleted and the resynced Calendars in the Assistable platform
-Deleted and the resynced Calendars in GHL
-Specifically mentioned in the prompt to not give times after 6PM if the date being suggested is Tue, Thu, Fri
So confused why this keeps randomly happening, happened a few weeks ago then stopped when I added the following additional info into the prompt:
