Issue Upgrading My Account Level

Does anyone know how to upgrade my assistable.ai account without clicking these pop up button options. For some reason the buttons wont let me upgrade and checkout. For context im looking to go from starter to the mid tier plan and I can't at the moment. Thanks <3
