We’re running into some issues with how the AI handles scheduling. As you can see in the screenshot, it:
- Mixes up AM/PM (e.g., treating 4:00 PM as earlier than 9:30 AM).
- Asks for unnecessary time zone verification, even when it’s already clear.
- Gives contradictory responses about available booking times.
Ideally, the AI should:
✅ Respect the user’s AM/PM exactly as written
✅ Avoid repeating time zone questions unless missing/ambiguous
✅ Simply confirm if a time is valid, or suggest the nearest valid slot if it’s outside hours
Has anyone else seen this behavior? And does anyone have a workaround or prompt adjustment that fixed it?
