Active tag issue or user error?

I'm having an issue with the active tag, my area looks a lot different than the instructional videos, but maybe it was updated since then... even so, it doesn't allow me to customize the active tag name but even when I copy & paste the long active tag that is auto-populated (which does show up in my workflows when i try to add a tag), the bot still doesn't start on live chat. I've followed the tutorials step by step. Am I missing something?
