WE HAVE EXCHANGED
Thought I would share an exciting moment for us as we have today exchanged on our next project.
A commercial building which we will be submitting planning on for 30-40 flats.
Getting through the legals has taken 8 months so far now the fun part of pre-app and then full planning.
Surrounded by residential, re-use of existing offices and brownfield site, the council's housing supply is half of its target and take into account a number of other considerations, we are confident in our application and will be able to bring some amazing properties to help the much needed demand for new homes.
