Currently extensive story boarding the website, it starting to take shape. The plan is to publish it prior to Boot Camp at the end of July. We have obviously kept the brand theme running through its veins.

Refurb costing
Creating a template to help analyse refurb costings, this can be used for flips, HMO's etc It has categories such as bathrooms, kitchens, gardens and even driveways/parking for commercials. So we can filter the inappropriate areas off and spend more on redesigns if required. It should also recognise if contractors charges are excessive, we will squeeze them down to keep under budgets

Simplify a complex process
I have started to build a simplified visio drawing, this is a flow diagram to show step by steps and routing will be determined on which type of property/investment/strategy you think the property is best suited. You will NOT need Microsoft Visio to see it as I will PDF it 1. Find property. 2. Arrange viewing & build relationship with agent 3. Analise potential, do the numbers 4. Find investor 5. etc. etc

@Liam J Ryan I have found some really good deals here in Norfolk, our current gap is talking to investors, some of the deals are better than others. As I am sure you are aware, they move quickly and come off the market
