The Silent Struggle Most Property Investors Won’t Admit.
Funding. When I started in property, I struggled more than I expected. No investors, no big capital, and deals I couldn’t move on because the money just wasn’t there. It’s not something people talk about openly. What changed for me wasn’t suddenly “finding investors” it was focusing on what I could control. I started sourcing deals consistently every month and used income from a side hustle to fund my early projects. That’s what built my confidence and track record. Then things shifted… investors became more open to partnering with me because they could see consistency and results. If you’re struggling with funding right now, you’re not alone, most people go through this phase, they just don’t talk about it. R2R - how to avoid double booking
Hi, please can someone advise me. I'm completely new to R2R and just looking for information. If I have a rental property advertised on more than one site - e.g. airbnb and booking.com, how do I avoid it being double booked? Is there are way for both sites to use one calendar? Thanks

Day 2 at Dream Team Retreat Morocco 🇲🇦
Day 2 was all about persuasion, helping our delegates develop their speaking skills and strengthen their ability to influence others with confidence. To put those skills to the test, we sent them deep into the markets of Marrakesh on a challenge to find a list of mystery items… but there was a catch. Each team had just 1000 MAD to work with, so they had to haggle, bargain, negotiate, and use real persuasion skills to stay within budget. If you’ve ever seen The Apprentice, it was a bit like that... 👀 Massive congratulations to the winners of the challenge and there’s still more Dream Team Retreat action to come 🔥
