Success Story: Shaun

Shaun’s story is simple but powerful.

He was an accountant running his own tax firm. Stable, doing well… but unfulfilled. No real assets, no long-term wealth, and no clear path to breaking the cycle he came from.

Then he came across me through a social media ad right after completing his first flip. The timing clicked. He realised there was a bigger game he didn’t fully understand.

So in March 2021, he joined.

The first 5–6 months? Slow. Like many, he held back.

Then came the shift, he decided to go all in.

Within his first year, deals started flowing. He focused on the 80/20 rule, mainly flipping, supported by BRRR and HMOs. His first proper flip made around £26K… with no money down.

Since then, Shaun has completed 7 deals and raised over £300K in JV finance, earning his place in the Hall of Fame.

But what’s powerful now… he’s gone full circle.

Today, he’s a mentor within Assets for Life, working closely with members inside the academy, helping them shortcut the same journey he’s been through.

And the real win?

He takes his son to school every day.

He controls his time.

And he’s built a life that actually moves him forward.

Still focused. Still disciplined. Still building.
