I’ll be real, when I started in property, funding was my biggest struggle.

I didn’t have investors, I didn’t have money, and I lost deals because I couldn’t raise funds in time.

It was frustrating, and at one point I questioned if this was even for me.

What changed?

I stopped chasing money and focused on building trust. I learned my deals inside out, showed up consistently, and built real relationships.

That’s when things shifted, investors started coming to me, and partnerships followed.
