Smelly. Dirty. Filthy.
Today’s viewing was an eye‑opener in every sense. The property had potential on paper, but the moment we stepped inside… the smell, the dirt, the years of neglect and the history attached to it completely overshadowed any opportunity it might have had.
It’s one we won’t be moving forward with. Flipping it would be a serious challenge and even renting it out would come with complications given what the community already knows about the house.
Lesson learned: next time I’m turning up with a mask and gloves 🙂.
As always point out that the real opportunities sit in the ugly, dirty, smelly properties.
