It stings every single time — hours of research, due diligence, running the numbers — and then a no.
But here's what I've learned: every declined offer is refining my eye, sharpening my strategy, and keeping me one step closer to the right deal.
I don't see rejection as failure. I see it as redirection.
As Tony Robbins says — *"It's not about the goal. It's about growing to become the person that can accomplish that goal."*
The journey hasn't been linear. It never is. But I'm still here, still showing up, still learning.
