4 offers declined this month. Four. It stings every single time — hours of research, due diligence, running the numbers — and then a no. But here's what I've learned: every declined offer is refining my eye, sharpening my strategy, and keeping me one step closer to the right deal. I don't see rejection as failure. I see it as redirection. As Tony Robbins says — *"It's not about the goal. It's about growing to become the person that can accomplish that goal."* The journey hasn't been linear. It never is. But I'm still here, still showing up, still learning. **I want to hear from you — have you ever been on the verge of giving up on something, only to push through and land exactly where you were meant to be? Drop your story in the comments. Let's encourage each other.** \#PropertyInvestment #WomenInBusiness #Entrepreneurship #PropertyJourney #UKProperty #Persistence #FinancialFreedom

@Ethan Clarke I am still learning a lot. I am sticking with the numbers. Maybe, the vendors are not motivated enough to agree with my BMV offer. I also need to continue building my relationship with the Estate agents and build up my confidence as well. Thank you for giving the time to comment on my post.

@Ethan Clarke It is actually hard to say. Because I don't really talk to the vendor. I rely on the agent to know the reason why the property is for sale. Most of the time they don't know or maybe they don't want to give me the information.
Most people will read this and still stay silent. Don’t be one of them.
This community has value, but value only works when it’s shared. New members are often stuck wondering where to start.Existing members sometimes know a lot but feel unsure about their next move. The difference between staying stuck and moving forward is simple: speaking up instead of staying silent. So let’s do this together. If you’re new here: What’s the one thing you’re trying to understand right now? If you’ve been here a while: What’s one lesson you wish you knew earlier? Drop your thoughts below. One comment can create clarity for you and direction for someone else.

@Ethan Clarke I am actually actively looking for additional income that I could do without me spending a lot of time to it. I am struggling to decide which area should I choose as my 'gold mine' I live in Southeast, property here is expensive compared to the North of England. Also in terms of capital growth and income potential, North is at the top according to Savills report. However, it will take me 4 hours to get there. I think I should stick on what the expert has recommended, I should focus on looking at the areas 1 hour away from where I live. How did you choose your 'goldmine area'?

@Marigold Henshaw I am trying to concentrate on HMO and interested on SA. But I find SA very daunting. What strategy did you start with?

@Marigold Henshaw I would be very interested. How do I contact you?
I almost ignored this opportunity, and that would’ve been a mistake.
I’m someone who really values growth and open conversations around work and income. Over the past while, I’ve been working on a system that generates income alongside my job. It didn’t replace my job, but it changed my life. It gave me flexibility, clarity, and made my long-term goals feel possible without burning out or taking reckless risks. I’m always open to sharing what’s been working for me, and I’m just as interested in learning from others here. So I’m wondering What’s one thing you’re currently working on that doesn’t fully reflect your potential yet, but you believe it could? If this resonates and you’d like to ask questions or exchange ideas, feel free to exchange ideas with me. I believe the right conversations can change direction faster than working alone.

@Ava Mary How are you? Text me Whatsapp 07921610657 before you call so I will know your number. I am receiving a lot of spam calls, I don't normally answer if I don't know the number.
