Seeking Community Support After Our Home Fire Loss

Hello everyone,

As some of you know, my family and I suffered a major home fire causing over £220k in damage. Despite 19 months of continuous engagement, our insurer has still not paid out. This has placed us under significant financial strain, as the income from our two BTL properties is not enough to cover family living costs while we continue to dispute the claim.
