S.A. R2R Work Flow Advice to Setting up First 3 Deals
As I complete the 10 steps to set up S.A R2R business Keystone Relocations, and move forward with On Patch, would anyone have any advice on your journey regarding the following work flow points to support the first 3 deals:
  1. Tokeet channel manager support to set up all interactions with airbnb and booking.com. Does anyone have any experience and operating procedure to set this up?
  2. How do you manage 24/7 support for guests?
  3. Do you have recommendations for a specific tax advisor/accountant company to use, positioned well to ensure the most efficient advice and support is given for S.A. R2R companies in the North East? Do they also cover book keeping and any payrol requirements?
  4. Do you have recomendations for quality cleaning services in the North East?
  5. Do you have recomendations for quality basic maintenance support in the North East?
  6. Do you have recommendations regarding what support you need to offer for electrical or boiler issues which need to be resolved quicker than what the landlord offers? For example if repairs need to be in place within 24 hours do you have this in place at your cost and with whom?
  7. Do you have solicitor set up to review any contracts for R2R S.A, or maybe run them past your mentor to ensure the recommendations are amended in the contract?
  8. Do you have any templates or work flow for optimising how airbnb or booking.com adverts are created?
We have been diving into pre/on/post patch but feel the above need to be in place with the best people to drive success. I will feel more comfortable when the above is in place.
Any help with the above would be most welcome and appreciated. I would also like to help anyone who is early in their journey, we are all on the same team😁
