SA Property Viewing!
So yesterday I went on viewing for a possible SA property, the landlord didnt show up, but told us how to get in the property which I thought was unusual that we had to do a self-viewing.😏
Anyway, long story short, all that glitters is not gold and own Due Diligence is so important!
Decided not to go ahead, because the property was not as it was advertised! But it was a good sport! Now I know what I'mreally looking for and the type of people I want to work with.
Honesty and Integrity is King everywhere, both in personal and professional relationships!
