Quick update on house 1 of our current BRR project! š ļøā£
The full rip-out, strip, and rubbish removal are complete. ā£

The electrical team has finished the first fix, and the plaster team is now in full swing. ā£
ā£
Theyāve done a lot of prep work, including boarding, browning, and beading, and plastering has begun on the ground floor.ā£
ā£
Due to the extensive prep, the plastering will continue through next week, but weāre on track. ā£
ā£
The kitchen has been ordered and designed, and weāre gearing up for the next phase. ā£
ā£
The plasterwork should be wrapped up soon, and then it's on to the electricians and plumbers for the second fix šā£
ā£
Excited to see this project coming togetherāwill post another update next week
