Most new investors fall in love with the house…but the street is what actually makes you wealthy.
A “perfect” house in a poor street will always underperform. A “rough around the edges” house in a great street will fly.
👉 Better tenants
👉 Better long-term demand
👉 Stronger capital growth
👉 Easier resale and refinancing
Don’t buy a pretty house. Buy the right location — then make the house pretty.
