New to group
Hi everyone I'm new here but I've been a full time real estate investor for over 25 years. I'd love to get to know as many of you as possible and I am always open to hearing about opportunities to partner on great projects. Currently I invest in Florida and Puerto Rico! We are value add investors and like everything from quick flips, long term rents to buying hotels. What type of deals do you all do?
