Good morning ladies and gentlemen, attention all new comers, who are just starting out in this journey. Let me tell you something. IT WORKS!. A career change into property development Will work if you put the time and efforts in. Even when life still feel mundane andthings arent moving quick enough for you. It is slow to get off the ground. Not knowing where to start is the ball ache. Well let me tell you, you have started!.

This is what i did...I first followed Liam on youtube and linked in. He is the real deal. I then rinsed the Internet to find out all i could on Assets For Life Ltd. Hoping to find a fault...but was very unsuccessful. AFL.LTD are legit!.

So what i did from there after gaining all the confidence i needed. Was listen in to several free webinars, i then found the money to make my first payment as they do have a system to pay over 3 months, which allowed me to enroll on to the millionaire bootcamp. Once you make the 1st initial payment, they give you access to an online training course, to prep you for the 3 days training.

l watched and listened to the online portal module training and worked my way through each section (Still working through them) so dont panic if you cant complete before the course.. I did what Liam told suggested via the training, did my home work after each section, just as Liam said, taking steps each week. Its called dudiligance. Until at the end of one section Liam stated on the module, "Write a post on AFL facebook", and introduce yourself. Make yourself sound likeable and give a mentor good reason to spot you. Guess what guys. That is exactly what i did.

Within 3 days, a gentleman had sent a private message and said Hey Chris, i love the post, i dont know what it is but you but i got a deep feeling to mentor youWith h extreme excitement i bounced around for a while 😅found my composure 😅 Very quickly. He went on to say, i want you to call me everyday at 9am and prove you got the commitment. Thing is guys... I already had this commitment so it came easy for me, i just need a mentor to show me the way.

I called each day, even woke him out of bed a few times as i was calling early. 9am wasnt early enough for me 😅. And i have to say this. We have now been speaking for 6 weeks. and Truely greatful Mark stepped up.

Guess what has happened in those 6 weeks. I have grown, i have learnt, i have adapted to new skills that i did not have. especially when it comes to computers. This is where i needed work.

From Liams guidance and Marks mentoring i can honestly say this....

I know how to build a data spreadsheet, i can research comparablis, i have attended countless viewings for properties, i have built rapports with countless agents, I have put in many many offers on properties and guess what....yesterday i had my first offer accpeted, now the ball is in the investors court to go inspect the property, (as i am in Cornwall) If all goes well and the deal is complete, we all get paid 🙌 😁🥳.

Now i wont have first property under my portfoio, this is still early days. I am currently sourcing properties for investors for a fee of 1k per house bought. 3 have been accepted so far, which if all goes well after inspection i will have payment in 30 days. Not to mention the other offers ive put in last week, and the week before that. Its just a snowballing waiting game.

So guess what Assets For Life 😅. I thank you. I thank Liam for his Awesomeness 😅, i thank Mark for his patients and mentoring 🫡 and i thank myself for knuckling down and taking steps. Start, Scale and Grow you say...i am on it!!!. 💥

And when i attend my bootcamp November 18th, im coming with everything i need for the investors i meet. It wont take me 90 days after the course. I have done the tricky part, i can and will find the properties i no time as i got the skills baby 😆... I will have my 3 properties in 30 days not 90.
