Massive problems with AFL Casa ❗
I’m back in Marbella after not being on-site for 12 weeks
We’ve had major issues with the building team and M2 Casa who I’m buying the plot from.
They have basically lost their funding due to delays, but I’ve been in negotiation with them today about me actually buying the site now rather than just putting my deposit down and then using my own build team.
Gabriel’s been here today and we’ve met the potential new build team feeling very positive.
I’m about to go and meet my lawyer now, and we’re going to crunch the numbers and if all is good
I’m going to put in a full and final offer
Been a nightmare few weeks, but hopefully, we can get back on track quickly
