Just give it a go, nothing to loose, everything to gain.

At first I was thinking, you ain’t even got your first deal, why on earth are looking at a grade 2 listed building, with 12 rooms and an annexe owned by the council for £600k with a hair brained idea it could be a great commercial to resi opportunity when you have nowt in the bank!!

Then I realised very quickly I’ve got nothing to lose. Worst case is I gain a load of knowledge from the agent, build another relationship, get on a mailing list and maybe learn a shed of stuff in the process while indulging a fantasy.

So we are viewing it at 4pm next Monday 🤣
