Hi all - new to this community and just had a lively onboarding call with (thanks Sam) who suggested I introduce myself on here - so here goes... After 22 years in operational leadership roles at two large consultancy firms, I learned how to manage complexity, optimise processes, and sit through meetings that definitely could’ve been emails.
Along the way, I started building a small property portfolio, one carefully analysed spreadsheet at a time. Over the last 20 years, that side-project became a genuine passion: finding opportunities, improving them, and creating long-term value.
Now, I’m taking that portfolio to the next level. I focus on sourcing and developing real estate projects where the numbers make sense and the outcomes are tangible (no jargon, no buzzwords, and no slide decks required!).
I've signed up to the 3-day masters of influence bootcamp (in Feb) to further develop my sales skills as the 'art of persuasion' is a key skill that I'm sure I need to be successful.
In short: Former corporate leader. Current property developer and deal sourcer. Still powered by coffee, spreadsheets, and the thrill of turning ideas into real assets.
