Hitting a wall
Did anyone else on there property journey hit a wall things not coming together. Investors and deals never seem to align, maybe expecting to much to soon!
Do you think mentor would help keep focussed and keep wall at bay?
I also need investors due to difficulty in getting bridging when I’m not a home owner. Strategy is flipping and BRR which I’m focused on.
