Hi everyone! 👋I'm excited to be part of this community — my name is Sabreena, and I recently launched Dwellora Ventures Ltd, a company focused on building long-term value in property and housing.

I was about to start out with rent-to-rent (particularly in the social housing and supported accommodation space), but I’m now deeply interested in expanding into deal packaging and eventually BRRRs as I build experience and momentum.

What draws me to property is the potential to create real impact, whether that’s through housing solutions, smart investment strategies, or even how spaces can improve quality of life.

I’m here to learn, share, and connect with like-minded investors, deal sourcers, and service providers. Most importantly, I’m ready to take real and instant action, so I joined this group and program because I want to learn from people doing it at a higher level, get clarity on deals, and stay accountable.
