From Cocky to Coachable: The Lesson That Changed Everything
When Jay first got into property, he thought he had it all figured out.
One course on HMOs and he was ready to take on the world — but like so many of us, he hit a wall. He stopped learning. He got stuck.
But what I respect most about Jay (and one of the reasons I’m proud to call him my business partner) is that he owned it. He went back to basics. He studied commercial conversions, new strategies, new mentors and that shift completely changed his journey.
Now? He’s built a life on his terms, with multiple income streams working for him.
