First post and already asking for help:)

Hi All, I am looking for a planning professional to help with a pre-planning submission. Could anyone recommend one? Mark Stokes mentions, in his planning video, a company he uses which operates nationally, can anyone advise which company that is?

The site is in the Lake District. I'm looking develop a long term working relationship with a good planning professional for properties potentially nationwide. So it they don't have to be based in or near the lake district.

I look forward to meeting and talking to people at the boot camp in July.
