Hi all, I'm new to this property game and would like as much help and advice as i can get.

My main aim is to be able to retire to Cyprus within 3 years.

I'm looking to focus on Commercial Property at the moment (No conversions to start).

Just looking to buy Commercial units with existing tenants with Fully Insured and Repair leases for now.

All help, guidance and contacts much appreciated.

I'm based in the North East of England but that isn't restricting where I would like to buy.
