How difficult is it to negotiate the deal in commercial?
Is it is easy to negotiate BMV?
I am looking into storage@ containers in business parks, recently built with solar panels and charges for EV.
I believe it is better to buy freehold and put tenant in on FRI lease for longer term.
After purchase I get it advertised via some commercial letting Agency similar to residential?
I am unable to buy cash but with SIPP.
Anything to consider?
