Hi AFL It’s scientifically proven that doing gratitude lists daily re-wires the brain positively. Gratitude is a positive emotional response that we experience when we feel appreciation for or from others, But it’s also more than that. Gratitude triggers the brains reward system releasing hormones and neurotransmitters that have tangible physical and mental health benefits. SUCCESS STORY: Cheryl McGiver
I want to give a big shoutout to Cheryl McGiver from CAM Housing Ltd , incredible results in such a short space of time. She’s just picked up Biggest Action Taker of 2025 and an award for raising over £1 million in investor finance and that comes down to one thing… taking serious, consistent action. What makes this even more powerful is the timeframe. In just 5–6 months inside the academies, she’s gone from building momentum to being recognized at a high level. This is what happens when you stop trying to figure it all out alone and instead get around the right mentors and the right environment. With the support, guidance, and accountability from the team, progress speeds up, even when challenges show up along the way. Because let’s be real, deals don’t always go smoothly.
