Auction property Advice

Hi everyone,

I am a complete newbie to property and hoping to go for my property bootcamp in a month time. Today I took an action step by going for an auction property viewing in my area . I did this so as to get an experience of knowing when a property stack.

Any general advice and advice on how to get builders to inspect the property before making my bidding.Also what are possible ways I can finance without my own money.Any advice on how i can get investors?

I understand this may not be the strategy i need at the moment but i just decided to try this out and get some learning.Am also open to going for it if everything stacks up.
