Hi everyone, I'm currently working with two Care Providers that are looking for blocks of flats for rent. 1. 4 x 1 or 2 bed block of flats in Enfield/Haringey 2. 7 x 2 or 3 bed block of flats in Barnet Does anyone have deals that fit this criteria that they want to sell for a fee? So much to take in. I am looking into registering my Ltd Company but got side tracked today but SPV and SIC code 68209. Am I going off at a tangent or should I just register a Private Ltd Company with shares and no SIC code? If anyone can help please I would much appreciate it as I am in a bit of a quandary.
