Please can anyone recommend any good auction property solicitors for me please.I need this ASAP

While just try to take action and see how the market works ,I have just won an auction bid even for a 4 bed property that doesn't need work.Please can i get advice as i am overwhelmed as I wasn't really ready for this but can run a way when good thing like this come.Am still a new bie and so yet to open a limited company,needs money to complete my 25%deposit,my property bootcamp is next month as well so i really need guide on what to do.when i set up my company,will the mortgage agreement in principle be run on my company or on me (director &share holder)? How do i communicate with the agent for them to guide me.Also the auction was a modern day requiring 56 days to complete. Will i need a mortgage or bridging loan?

Good morning, I really need help because I feel like I am completely stocked at this point and I . I am at the point of setting up a Ltd company but I don't know how to go about it. I am aware I could use Companies House but I have heard about creating it online. Does anyone has any recommendations? Secondly, would it be advisable to create a business bank account before creating a Ltd company? Lastly, would I need to transfer some money into the business bank account even though my business isn't yet active or would the bank be charging me monthly? Many thanks

Hi everyone, I am a complete newbie to property and hoping to go for my property bootcamp in a month time. Today I took an action step by going for an auction property viewing in my area . I did this so as to get an experience of knowing when a property stack. Any general advice and advice on how to get builders to inspect the property before making my bidding.Also what are possible ways I can finance without my own money.Any advice on how i can get investors? I understand this may not be the strategy i need at the moment but i just decided to try this out and get some learning.Am also open to going for it if everything stacks up.

I can finally say it… I’ve just closed my first deal in the UK! What makes this one extra special is that this is a completely new market for me. I’ve done property deals before, but moving from Spain to the UK and starting to build again here has been a whole new journey.
