Hi,

Well am newbie so tried to set up limited company with shares to include my 2 kids.

I think the reason I had to give them 0 was I put is 4x 25% as class A.

Kids are 10 and 5.

Am I able to change it after set up to class N for kids in this age?

I was reading somewhere that after 7 years they would be entitled to xy?

After my death no inheritance tax and possibility to put it all to trust.

Any more info about this please?
