About Me and My Business.
Natalie is actually my better half. My name is Lee , The business is owned and run by me , however recently my missus (Natalie) has been taking calls for me and is slowly learning little bits here and there. My full time job is a HGV driver which I am determined to hang the keys up this year.
L Hardy Solutions LTD (LHardyProperty) has been establish now just over a year. We primarily source deals to investors or refer to Auction.
We are shropshire based but work nationally as i do have business colabs and family members in other places.
The company recieves alot of the leads through facebook ads. I do spot deals while I am out on the road which I send mail to, other than that I have a few platforms that i do cold out reach mailing.
The Goals for the 2nd quarter of 2024 is to double the profits would like to hit £12k.
The goal for 2024 is to have at least 2 minimum properties in my own portfolio, hang my keys up and only be working on my business
