MISSION 2 Day 1 - Bella - taking a no for answer
Wanted to do a training session this morning Bella had other plans 😂 learn to take no sometimes and try another Time with better conditions! What a silly me thinking that after a long break on training sessions she would accept to work rather than having her morning nap 😂 I might have something else to work on ! 👀

MISSION 2 Day 2 - Bella
Final goal: Bella rests her chin on my leg when the phone alarm rings. #ADHDguardian By the way, sometimes she stops before getting to my hand because the other day, when I went to give her a treat, we had a little static electric shock. It kind of punished the behaviour — poor thing! First click: deciding to come and train! Warming up: getting some reps in with nose touches. Fading the hand to get her to touch my leg instead. Adding “leg” as the cue for resting her chin on my leg.

I know Harley is being trained for my pots, but she picked up on this behavior all by herself and I just been reinforcing the behavior I’ve noticed since I’ve had pots. I have this really bad habit of shaking my legs and putting my hands together or when my hands start getting real shaky, I kinda rest on my legs. Well, she in the video could see me calling her first cause she was sniffing around, but once she realized she turned around, and she stopped me from shaking my legs and my hands to disrupt the behavior. I was so proud of her. She started doing this about a month ago. Sorry for the kid screaming in the background it’s bath day for the dogs

Mission 2 Day 8 Saffy - after swimming obedience
Saffy got to go swimming yesterday. When we made her get out of the pool, we had her do some basic obedience to reenforce when she is allowed in the pool. She knows the difference between clothes and swim suits. 🤣 We can go outside to eat or to her potty area and she leaves the pool alone. When we put on swim suits on, she is excited before we get out the door and usually waits till we give the command to go in the pool. If she doesn’t wait for the swim command, we do make her get out and wait for us give swim command. Then praise her like crazy. She can be crazy smart!

Mission 2 Day 9 - training with distraction
There are contractors outside with rumbling beeping equipment, that Saffy was ‘fixated’ on. We used a short training session to distract her. We also got a bonus leave it video!
