Great video Coach!! For sure an inner work trying to release all self-thoughts and hear the divine energy that lives in us all. Meditation works so well. Being in construction, it does help me for sure. I have severe neurological issues, so this type exercise helps so much when trying to calm all the effected nerves by the over stimulus factor of life!!!! Love what Thomas said too, because I too feel once I feel completely balanced...I am sure I would not mediate anymore!!! As the great gurus says....meditation is a direct connection to divine source/God/The All-loving Universe <3 Paul was to me surely on target <3 cannot wait to be part of future talks with everyone !!!

Love it Coach!!! I actually am just like you and basically eat one meal a day which is at end of day.
5.28.25 - Bullet Proof Knees (knee pain protocol)
These 3 protocols 2 times per week. The sled work can be done daily as a warmup. 1 - Forward and backwards sled pulls. Do 5 minutes or to fatigue. 2 - Slow eccentric squats with heels raised. 3 sets of 8, use assistance if too light or add weight if too easy. 7/10 pain or discomfort only. 3 - Nordics - Use assistance and a Nordic strap. Bonus - Reverse Nordics (see second video). I promise you will get your knees as healthy as possible by doing these along side your AOM practice. Freeeeeeedommmmm!

Going through stem cell therapy as to avoid more surgeries and these exercises are great. Luckily my gymnastic background has me still limber and the first time was not overwhelming on the knees. Thanks, Coach, for the great movement exercises!!!!
