Welcome to Fox Flow Animal Flow | A Space for Moms to Reconnect Through Movement
Welcome to my page, and thank you for your patience while I slowly build this community. My name is Talina, and I’m an Animal Flow coach, former figure competitor, and a mom. I began practicing Animal Flow over 10 years ago, and it has been a powerful tool in helping me reconnect with my body, especially through the transitions of motherhood and life changes during the pandemic. This space was created with moms in mind but it is truly for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their body. As mothers, we often pour so much into everyone else that we can lose connection with ourselves. This practice is designed to help rebuild that connection through intentional movement, core strength, mobility, and breath work that supports nervous system regulation and helps reduce stress and tension in the body. While the focus is on supporting moms in their strength, identity, and overall well-being, all levels and backgrounds are welcome here. I’m currently in the process of building and recording content, so videos will be coming soon. Thank you for being here at the beginning of this journey while the community grows.
