It’s hard to believe we’ve been hosting this community jam since 2021. Every year it grows, but this year is shaping up to be our biggest one yet! Seeing more people come together to move, laugh, learn, and reconnect with their bodies is something I’m incredibly grateful for. One thing I’ve always believed is this: Movement is the fountain of youth. I’m in my 40s, and honestly… I feel better now than I did in my 20s. Part of that comes from being more mindful about what I put into my body, but a huge part of it has been learning to truly reconnect with my body through movement. Animal Flow has given me strength, mobility, confidence, and a completely different appreciation for what my body is capable of. It’s not about being the strongest or the most flexible—it’s about moving well so you can keep doing the things you love for years to come. I’m also slowly building my Animal Flow SKOOL community, where I’ll be sharing beginner-friendly lessons, mobility education, breathwork, challenges, and a supportive space to grow together.
