We gather. We laugh. We move. We dance. We support one another.
Strength isn’t just built in the gym, it’s built in community.
That’s why I’m so excited to bring Animal Flow to Maracas Dominican Restaurant in Easton, PA on Saturday, August 29!
What makes this event even more meaningful is that my little sister, Rubia, painted one of the beautiful murals inside the restaurant. Her artwork celebrates our culture, and now we’ll get to celebrate it together through movement.
Whether you’ve never tried Animal Flow or you’ve been curious about it, this is your chance to experience a fun, welcoming class where we move, connect, laugh, and challenge ourselves together.
