Heat stroke in dogs: COOL FIRST. Then go to vets.
Just a quick psa before we enter the warmer months:
Heat stroke in dogs, is not uncommon - - especially in short faced dogs like bulldogs. Even on cool days they’re at risk. And especially in cars.
I can post a longer video (let me know in comments if this would be helpful) about prevention/signs - but for now just remember this:
Cool them first. That’s the priority.
THEN go to the vet.
And if possible, both at same time.
