Taking the Opportunity…Even When It’s Uncomfortable
I made a decision recently.
I accepted an opportunity that, on paper, checks a lot of boxes. A place where I can actually make an impact, help drive growth, and pass on what I’ve learned over the years. But just as important, it gives me the space to keep building this community the way it deserves to be built.
That matters to me more than anything right now.
Long term, this will evolve. At some point this community will shift into a low-cost membership model so I can go all in here, expand the reach, and work with other organizations who need this kind of support. But we’re not there yet. Right now, this is about growth, connection, and building something real with the right people in the room.
And if I’m being honest, even when something looks like the right move…there’s still that voice. The one that questions it. The one that wants to stay comfortable. The one that says “what if this doesn’t work?”
That never really goes away.
So I’ll throw it to you guys.
Where in your life have you felt the pull to take a chance but held back?
What’s actually stopping you from stepping outside your comfort zone?
Let’s talk about it.
