When it’s a job, you don’t self-negotiate.
You don’t ask “Is this worth it today?”
You just show up.
That is a luxury
She trained ~3 hours a day, 6 days a week, guided by a trainer who removed decision-making and pushed the pace.
She lost ~12 lbs on a TEMPORARY, highly controlled diet (think chicken, fat-free milk, dry salads).
Extreme? Yes.
Achievable? Also yes.
Actors succeed because the usual barriers are handled for them:
• Accountability is built in
• Decisions are removed
• The timeline is clear
• Sustainability is NOT the goal—execution is
The actual work isn't as hard as the constant deciding.
Our lesson isn’t to live like an actor forever.
It’s to borrow the principles:
✔ fewer choices (no social media conflicting advice)
✔ clear structure (no squirrel chasing shiny objects jumping from program to program)
✔ external accountability (not showing up inconveniences someone else other than you)
✔ short, focused phases
When effort is defined and decisions are off your plate—progress gets easier, goes faster.
That’s is what a system is. That system is what we are building here in this community!
